The full rotary metal nameplate printing machine adopts a high-speed full rotary continuous printing structure, specially designed for the customized production of various metal nameplates and signs. It is suitable for metal materials such as aluminum plates, tinplate, stainless steel, aluminum foil and copper plates, capable of completing multi-color overprinting, graphic printing and curing drying in one go. The equipment runs at high speed with precise overprinting, uniform ink layer and firm adhesion. It has a registration accuracy of ±0.1mm, with scratch-resistant and corrosion-resistant printed surfaces that do not fade easily. The whole machine operates fully automatically and continuously, with quick order change, low material loss and controllable cost. It is equipped with UV-LED curing system and servo drive, which can print fine texts and complex patterns.
