标签直接制版机，是专为标签印刷行业设计的计算机直接制版设备（CTP），可将电脑中的图文数据直接转换为标签印刷所需的印版，省去传统制版的菲林输出工序，是标签印刷数字化的核心设备。
The label computer-to-plate (CTP) machine is specially designed for the label printing industry. It directly converts graphic and text data from a computer into printing plates for label production, eliminating the film output process required by traditional plate making. It is the core equipment for digital label printing.

1、采用可靠的外鼓结构，确保曝光网点全版精确再现。
Use of reliable external drum structure ensures accurate dot presented in the whole tone.

2、选用不同的版材，自动匹配不同的激光能量及转速配套成像。
Selection different media, automatically matches different laser energy and drum speed.

3、特别设计的激光能量全自动校准系统，自动控制每路光的能量，保证曝光点均匀。
Specially designed laser energy auto-calibration system to control the energy of each laser beam for the uniformity of exposure.

4、采用高分辨率编码器定位，确保制版精度。
Adopt high-resolution encoder to located the drum to ensure the accuracy of the plate making.

5、成熟的自动上下版机构，保证相应幅面的版材可以安全快速的固定在滚筒上。
Mature automatic loading system can load and unload the appropriate format of the plate safely secured on the drum.

6、手动贴版机构，以确保客户使用版材的灵活性。
Manual mounting system make the Plate format flexibility.

7、对于不同的版材采用不同自动调焦系统，保证不同版材曝光质量。
For different media with different automatic focusing system to ensure the quality of different media exposure.
