1、行业独创伺服 340 模块化工业设计，伺服多工艺组合式全轮转印刷机，智能伺服间隙圆压圆模切系统（免更换磁性辊）可以省去更换磁性辊筒的成本，提升换刀效率，可实现间隙式与全轮转系统模切结合使用，集合定位冷烫，柔印，凸印，凹印，丝印，胶印，圆刀模切等特殊配置可适应用于各行业实现多功能标签印刷效果。
Featuring an industry-original 340-servo modular industrial design, this servo multi-process combined full-rotary printing press is equipped with an intelligent servo gap rotary die-cutting system (magnetic roller-free). It reduces the cost of replacing magnetic rollers, improves tool change efficiency, and supports the combined use of gap-type and full-rotary die-cutting. Integrated with special units such as registered cold foil stamping, flexo printing, letterpress printing, gravure printing, screen printing, offset printing and rotary die-cutting, it meets the demands of various industries and achieves multi-functional label printing effects.

2、在线 AI 视觉检查系统（On Line）自动识别印刷不良品，主动侦测到品质异常，连续监测作出判断系统发出指令提醒操作人员对不良品作出处理，避免因为传统模式机长未及处理不良品而导致的损失；
On-line AI visual inspection system automatically identifies printing defects, actively detects quality abnormalities, and issues instructions to remind operators to handle defective products through continuous monitoring and judgment, so as to avoid losses caused by untimely disposal of defects by operators in the traditional mode.

3、模块化间隙模切功能：二次独立模切功能（一机多用，免更换磁性辊体）；

9、丝网模块：独立伺服系统控制，提供打底丝网白色和表面丝网任何一种颜色；

10、凹印模块：独立伺服系统控制，可以实现特殊金属油墨和光学油墨防伪工艺、表面触感特殊油墨的搭配；
Gravure printing module: controlled by an independent servo system, supporting anti-counterfeiting processes with special metallic inks and optical inks, as well as the application of special surface tactile inks.

11、冷烫定位模块：独立伺服系统控制，可实现冷烫定位猫眼印刷和重复节约冷烫膜的工艺；
Registered cold foil module: controlled by an independent servo system, enabling registered cold foil cat-eye printing and foil-saving processes with repeated use of cold foil film.

12、高精度中心压筒设计保证了印刷套准精度，结构紧凑，操作方便。全伺服自动控制进一步提升了机器的套准精度、工艺的灵活性及承印物的多元化。机器运转或停机时，可进行套准调节，优异的套准精度，无级调节的长度套准，各工作位置的横向套准可以 ±5 毫米进行调节。本机可完成工艺：多层标签、正反面印刷 9 色任意组合、局部除胶、前后中全息定位冷烫、二次自动定位模切、连线覆转印膜及无胶光膜。
The high-precision central impression cylinder design ensures printing registration accuracy, with a compact structure and convenient operation. Full-servo automatic control further improves the machine’s registration accuracy, process flexibility and substrate adaptability. Registration adjustment can be performed whether the machine is running or stopped. It features excellent registration accuracy, stepless length registration adjustment, and lateral registration adjustment of ±5 mm at each working position. Processes supported by this machine: multi-layer labels, random 9-color combination of front and reverse printing, partial de-gluing, front/middle/rear holographic registered cold foil stamping, dual automatic registered die-cutting, in-line transfer film lamination and non-adhesive glossy film lamination.
