The full rotary metal nameplate printing machine adopts a high-speed full rotary continuous printing structure, specially designed for the customized production of various metal nameplates and signs. It is suitable for metal materials such as aluminum plates, tinplate, stainless steel, aluminum foil and copper plates, capable of completing multi-color overprinting, graphic printing and curing drying in one go. The equipment runs at high speed with precise overprinting, uniform ink layer and firm adhesion. It has a registration accuracy of ±0.1mm, with scratch-resistant and corrosion-resistant printed surfaces that do not fade easily. The whole machine operates fully automatically and continuously, with quick order change, low material loss and controllable cost. It is equipped with UV-LED curing system and servo drive, which can print fine texts and complex patterns. It can be equipped with gold stamping, die-cutting and other units as required, and is widely used in industrial nameplates, hardware signs, wine labels and other metal printing fields.

1、Satellite full rotary printing machine features compact structure and easy operation. The full-servo automatic control further improves registration accuracy, process flexibility and substrate diversity. Registration adjustment can be performed whether the machine is running or stopped, and there is no registration deviation during start-up, shutdown, acceleration and deceleration.

2、Compared with ordinary label machines, it has higher registration accuracy, speed up to 100m/min, excellent printing quality, no discoloration and uniform ink output.

3、Adopt flat blade and round blade magnetic roller die-cutting system for die cutting.

4、Front, middle and rear cold stamping, positioning stamping and partial stamping can be finished synchronously with premium stamping effect and high speed.

5、Optional back printing device to realize simultaneous multi-color printing on the reverse side.

6、Support glue removal, liner peeling, interval glue removal, partial glue removal, as well as synchronous gluing and laminating.

Available processes: multi-layer label production, 9-color combined front and reverse printing, partial degumming, front/middle/rear holographic positioning cold stamping, secondary automatic positioning die-cutting, in-line transfer film laminating and glue-free glossy film laminating.
